We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it. We advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund/exchange. When we arrange returns, we may lose some money, but it’s totally ok. Because we will earn your precious trust.
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

The return claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged in any way. The item must also be returned within a specified time period, which may vary depending on the item and the reason for the return. The return claim would be accepted after due inspection of the product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. or we send the new item as per your requirement, we adjust your amount if the price of product not same. Our return policy allows for a one-time exchange of a product for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different item, they may be able to do so depending on our current inventory.
If a customer requests a replacement item and we send it to them, but they decide not to accept the replacement item, the cost of the return courier will be deducted from the customer's refund amount. This deduction covers the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer and the cost of returning it to our warehouse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Sometime tax amount will not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
